Workflow Run

A useful system has to keep working.

We support the software after launch, fix problems, and maintain the agreed system as the tools around it change.

New features are quoted separately, so you always know what support covers.

  • Maintenance keeps the accepted Svolta-built system supported and recoverable.
  • Workflow Run is $995/month AUD ex GST per workflow.
  • New features and integrations stay separately scoped, so maintenance does not become an unlimited backlog.

What Workflow Run covers

Workflow Run protects the accepted system. It covers monitoring, the declared production stack, and break/fix work that restores functionality your team already accepted.

What remains separately scoped

A new feature, new or materially changed integration, or major enhancement is not quietly absorbed into Maintenance. It receives a written scope, price, and acceptance criteria before work begins.

That boundary protects both sides: support remains responsive, and roadmap work receives the time and evidence it needs.

How Workflow Run works

Stable by default. Changes stay explicit.

Every request is classified against the accepted workflow, so support stays dependable and new work stays deliberate.

Keep it working FAQ

The questions people ask before they book.

Answered plainly. If yours isn't here, the free consultation is the fastest way to a real answer.

Workflow Baseline is $2,995 AUD ex GST per workflow. Workflow Launch is $14,995 AUD ex GST per workflow and includes all scoping expenses, so Workflow Baseline is not charged on top. Workflow Run is $995 AUD ex GST per month per workflow and is invoiced monthly in advance. The signed proposal is the authority for payment timing.

Unusual integration or security constraints, a non-standard deployment pattern, or more than one workflow launched in parallel can make an engagement custom. Workflow Baseline makes those constraints explicit before Launch is priced. New workflows, features, or integrations after acceptance are separately scoped rather than absorbed into Maintenance.

The Launch runs inside your environment and ownership follows the signed engagement terms. You receive training, runbooks, quality checks, source records, and operating notes. Workflow Run earns its place by supporting the accepted system and providing bounded change capacity; it does not depend on holding your code or business data hostage.

Workflow Baseline and Launch are fixed-scope engagements, not seat licences. Workflow Run is a monthly support engagement for the accepted production boundary; notice, included usage, and support terms are written into the agreement. New features and material changes are separately scoped. You own the pack and accepted build deliverables under the signed terms; Run is ongoing production value, not a data or code lock-in.
