How the work gets done

The software does the legwork. Your people make the calls.

It gathers information, checks the rules, prepares the work, updates your systems, and flags anything unusual. Your team stays in control of the decisions that need experience.

One job, from start to finish

  1. Pulls the right information

It gathers the records needed to start the job.

    Your team

    Sets the rules

  2. Completes the routine steps

It follows the rules your team has agreed.

    Your team

    Reviews where needed

  3. Flags anything unusual

Missing information or unusual cases go to a person.

    Your team

    Makes the difficult call

  4. Updates your systems

It saves the result and keeps a record of what happened.

    Your team

    Checks the result

This approach works for jobs such as preparing quotes, entering orders, chasing suppliers, updating customers, producing reports, and reconciling invoices.

Who we help

Built for growing businesses held back by repeat admin.

The best fit is a business where the same work moves through email, spreadsheets, and business software every week—and good people spend too much time copying, checking, or chasing it.

How we think about the work

If your best people repeat it every week, it may be a software job.

The best first bottleneck is rarely flashy. It is usually preparing quotes, entering orders, chasing suppliers, updating customers, building reports, or reconciling invoices.

We build software that gathers the information, completes the repeatable steps, and hands unusual cases to the right person. Your team keeps the work that needs judgment.

We start with one bottleneck and agree how to measure it. If the numbers do not support a build, we tell you before you spend the build money.

The Svolta team
Your system, your rules

You stay in control.

Before anything goes live, we agree what the software can read or change, where a person must approve the work, where your data stays, and what history your team can see.

Engagement-specific controls

  • Written boundary. Data location, providers, access, retention, and deletion are recorded in the engagement scope or DPA.
  • Scoped logging. The Order states which actions and source records are logged for the accepted workflow.
  • Human review. The workflow's exception and approval points are agreed before production use.
The in-house team

The people on the work.

Small senior teams. Named on the work. On the call. In the systems with your operators.

Common questions

The questions people ask before they book.

Plain answers to the questions that come up before a free consultation. If yours is not here, bring it to the call.

It is a paid measurement engagement for one bottleneck. We define the workflow boundary, KPI, current performance, exception types, problem cost, systems, and access needs, then hand you a fixed Launch scope. You keep the pack either way. If the same workflow proceeds to Launch with Svolta, the Launch price already includes that scoping work.

Workflow Scoping measures the current KPI and sets a conservative minimum before Launch. We do not apply another client's percentage to your operation. The production workflow handles the repeat path; your team keeps exceptions, approvals, and judgment calls.

If you have a senior technical team with real delivery and production-support capacity, build it. You have the domain knowledge and records; Svolta brings workflow measurement, integrations, exception design, quality checks, and production operation. Workflow Scoping is useful either way because it gives either team the same boundary to build against.

The Launch runs inside your environment and ownership follows the signed engagement terms. You receive training, runbooks, quality checks, source records, and operating notes. AI Accelerator earns its place by supporting the accepted system and providing bounded change capacity; it does not depend on holding your code or business data hostage.

The answer depends on the engagement. The signed scope or DPA identifies the deployment, providers, data location, model settings, access, retention, and logging required for the workflow. A client-owned deployment can be scoped where needed. We do not claim one universal hosting, retention, training, or logging configuration on the website.

Workflow Scoping is usually 1 to 2 weeks. Launch timing depends on the integrations, data, exception path, and acceptance scope defined in that Baseline Pack. The target is the first measured improvement 14 to 30 days after the production thin slice goes live, not a blanket promise that every complete Launch ships in 14 days.

Workflow Scoping and Launch are fixed-scope engagements, not seat licences. AI Accelerator is a monthly support engagement for the accepted production boundary; notice, included usage, and support terms are written into the agreement. New features and material changes are separately scoped. You own the pack and accepted build deliverables under the signed terms; Run is ongoing production value, not a data or code lock-in.
