Three services. No platform seats.
Consulting is monthly advice. The Audit is a fixed-price plan. Custom AI Agents are fixed-scope builds. Operate is optional support after handover, not a fourth service.
Every engagement starts with a free 30-minute consultation. Bring the admin queue, quote desk, supplier follow-up, report, close-out pack, or reconciliation job that keeps stealing time.
If the answer is advice, Consulting is the paid service. If the answer needs numbers, the Audit and Roadmap comes next. If the workflow is ready to build, we scope a Custom AI Agent with price, timing, review points, and handover agreed before work starts.

You want one named workflow built and handed over. We agree the review points, scope, price, and timing before code starts.
All prices are in AUD and exclusive of GST. Build pricing is fixed after scope is signed. Work outside Australia can be priced in the equivalent local currency at contract signature.

It is free. 30 minutes, video, with a senior engineer rather than a BDR. You walk through the workflows you suspect, we tell you whether they are a fit and what an Audit would cost for your scope. If we are not the right team we say so. If we are, the Audit is the next step. There is no obligation either way and no follow-on sequence.
Audit invoices on signature, $9,995 AUD flat. Build invoices in three milestones tied to deliverables: kickoff, first agent passing quality checks, and release. Operate invoices monthly in advance where it is included. Net 30 on every invoice. We do not require pre-payment for the Build phase as a whole.
Anything where the workflow has unusual integration constraints, the regulatory posture demands a non-standard deployment pattern (full on-prem, sovereign cloud, air-gapped), or the team wants more than one workflow built in parallel. We scope these in writing during the Audit and they price separately from the Build envelope.
On 1:1 AI Consulting, the first month is refunded if it is not useful. On the Audit: if the costed plan we hand over is not one your operations leaders find usable, we refund in full and you keep the document. On Build: every engagement runs against a pre-agreed quality bar before handover.
You keep your records, your data, and the operating material from the engagement. The build runs inside your environment, with runbooks, quality checks, and handover notes included. There is no per-seat licence on what we ship and no platform lock-in. Svolta frameworks embedded in the system are licensed to you for internal use, per our Terms of Service. Ongoing coverage after handover is optional.
Yes. The Audit is sold as a standalone product. The document is yours and you can engage your in-house team, another vendor, or no one to build against it. The plan is costed and sequenced so your own engineers can run it. Build with us if you want the same team that mapped it.
Because T&M is how an AI consultancy bills you for a year of advisory hours and never ships a system. Fixed price forces us to scope the work properly, costs the risk to us rather than to you, and means the contract carries a number your CFO can model against. The risk that the scope was wrong is ours, not yours.
No. Consulting is monthly, cancel anytime, with the first month refunded if it isn't useful. Operate ends on 30 days' written notice from either side. Audit and Build are fixed-scope engagements with no auto-renewal: you own the Audit deliverable outright, and you can end a Build early on 14 days' notice per the terms. We do not sell seats, platform subscriptions, or retainer traps.
They are different in kind, not just in price. 1:1 AI Consulting is advice: calls with Mac on which AI tools fit your business, how to use them, and what to do next. You implement. The AI Audit and Roadmap is fieldwork: a Business Analyst interviews your stakeholders, sits with the people who run your processes, and reviews how the work actually moves. The output is a ranked roadmap showing where AI agents fit, what each agent would do, and the expected efficiency increase per workflow.
